Are these two different items?
How about sound quality?

 

They are listed separately everywhere even on the manufacturing page and the price points are very different.

One has a 3 button iPone control and mic and the other one does not.

I see.

 

 

But what about sound quality? Every review on headfi and other websites is the "0001" version (that has the mic), but I've never seen anyone review the "00A1" version.

 

I'm just worried that there might be a big difference in sound quality since all the reviews are for the 0001 version and I bought the 00A1 version.
