Going to miss the lovely sound of this, but it has now become impractical for me to own a DAC that can't do high-res playback. This is a chance to own a truly high-end DAC at a bargain price.
It uses 4 of the famous BB PCM63K chips, as well as the PMD100 and is fully balanced with dedicated balanced circuitry for each channel. Acoustic instrument reproduction, especially piano, is just stunning. If you're after a high-end DAC without having to pay a high-end price, this is a bargain.
Voltage can be switched to 220/240V by re-soldering 3 wires on the PSU board.
However, while it works perfectly, cosmetically it is not in great condition, with quite a few scratches, mainly on top, and one of the front panel buttons (or rather its cover) has snapped (though the button itself works). I'd give it a 6/10 on the Audiogon scale.

Update: I'm now including an Audio-gd Digital Interface (Version 2 with DSP) which will allow you to use the DAC with USB.
