Another problem child. Sigma 11 power supply I purchased from another member. Worked great for couple days and then died. The LED on front does not illuminate and a fuse change did not help. I have resigned myself to using the wall wart and am offering this for sale. Sold as is! Nice black anodized aluminum case with umbilical cord. Has dual output jacks. Physically perfect except for a few nicks on the case
