Which full size amp and dac to pair with my headphones?

I have the AKG K702, Denon D2000, Grado SR80i, and Sennheiser HD-280 pro. Any amps and dacs that will play nice with all of these sets of headphones? I'm  just looking for something that sounds good so I have no solid state or tube preference - just something that pairs well with what i have. My budget would be somewhere between 400 and 500 dollars for both an amp and DAC. What say you?

Might help to know what source(s) your plugging into for audio.

source would be a dell laptop which is why i'm thinking about getting either an amp with an onboard dac or a separate dac to pair with it. audio is played from itunes - mostly either 320 kbps mp3 or flac

DD (DAC Destroyer), USB-DAC, sells on eBay for $50.

I would say a tube amp like the little dot mk3....because it costs only 200 dollars, and you can use it with a variety of tubes! And its very powerful in my opinion...I'm running sennheiser hd650's off them, and they sound superb! smily_headphones1.gif

Spend 200 on the little dot mk3, and around 300 on a dac from head room! That would make a great pair...

What he said. Best bang for buck you'll ever get for an amp/odac combo.
