I am selling my Fischer Audio FA-003 Headphones, as I'm not a collector, and I simply don't use them anymore. They have about 85 hours of use on them, and are basically in brand-new condition.  The package will include the original box, warranty card, and all accessories, which include a 1/8 to 1/4 inch adapter, detachable cord, and replacement velour earpads.

You accepted my offer at your asking price and tell me you are sending a Paypal invoice requesting payment.  I never hear from you and instead of having the decency of PM to tell me you are reneging on your word you have to reply to your own post to gloat.  Really lame.

I apologize profusely for any inconvenience this may have caused you, Double F.  I was in the process of negotiating, as I obviously want to get the best return I can for my headphones.  I did send you a PM just now, and saw this post immediately after sending the PM.  I initially tentatively accepted your offer for fear that I wouldn't be able to get a better price, and I posted quickly here so that you could make a counter-offer if you chose to do so, but I have already closed this deal now.  Again, I'm sorry, and I didn't mean to be a jerk, but another buyer made me an offer first and then countered your offer at the original asking price.  I should definitely have indicated more clearly to you that my accepting of your offer was contingent upon not receiving a better counter-offer, and you are absolutely correct that my wording to you was misleading.  I will try to be better about making this clear in the future, but I never did send you the invoice, so the deal wasn't concluded.  Anyway, I hope there are no lasting hard feelings.
