Need rugged PCDP for >$100

Well my wifes Sony D-e556k got bumped one time too many and now is ready for replacement. I need a TOUGH PCDP for less than $100 (ok, I'll go $130 if its really rugged and really good).

Priorities:
1. Rugged - it will spend a lot of time in the car and on her hip.
2. Sound - do I even have to mention it?
3. $100-$130(MAX)

Must have line out.
Be nice if it uses the Sony 4.5v transformer and can recharge batteries.

So, whatcha think?

(And no, a D25s does not fit the bill)

(And besides, I already have one of them on order)

Audio Redneck, you should check into the Panasonic Shockwave series. I have the Panasonic SL-SW860 and you could throw it across the room and not hurt it. Oh yeah and it sounds good too.

Can you tell me if it has a line-out and what voltage the adaptor uses?
