Isn't the 9023 the better chip?

Is that false advertising

Hi,
when we announced the Dac*it, we planned to use the 9022. By the time we produced it, the 9023 was released and used. I think the first papers released may have said 9022.
Hope this helps,
David Solomon

The box says 9022. so did you just not use the 9022 at all?  is there a way to tell internally?
