Is this Audio Technica MTH 50 a fake [PICS]

I bought these last month and one ear is now louder than the other. Here are some pics: http://imgur.com/a/l6m8E

 

if someone has experience in these headphones, let me know if you think it's fake or not. I bought them from accessoryjack.com (who are based in Hong Kong but who also get good reviews all over the internet, including this forum).

Only a little, but it's instantly noticeable and gets really annoying. They were working fine until today.Quote:

there is already a thread on this... I think its real but from the look of your plug it looks like it took a beating which might be the cause of your problem.

That and the mini plug is bent!  Retermination is necessary.
