NAD M51 and the Metrum Octave are on my list!

I'm surprised no Aussies have jumped on the Soloist yet. Maybe thy are waiting for reviews?

Where to after that?  Who knows, still researching DHT and not liking too much of what I'm learning, the Dynahi but gain is going to be a problem, FirstWatt options but they cost mega dollars.  So the next step... not too clear.  Had considered e-stats again but unless the 507 is better than the 007MkI, that's likely to be just money down the drain.

Not interested in the Bryston BHA-1?

Yes and no until there are concrete inside photos and the specs are locked down.  Still feels like a product that is in a float state.

By inside photos are you talking about the internals?

i think sound earphones released a couple of high rez shots of the internal design.

And why I haven't pulled yet.  Two different boards.  Some have also mulled over the idea it might be AC coupled since each channel has a full size cap in an all SMD build.

What is the sonic significance of "two different boards" and AC coupling?

Sonically AC coupling is amateur hour so chances are those caps are something else.  The floating design is a financial concern.  Talk to people with LCD-2 Rev1 about their opinion on resale value ;)

I lost lots on the sale of my LCD-2 Rev 1...

Same.  Not going through that again because Bryston hasn't decided on a final shipping board ;)  When retailers have stock, and there are a bunch out in the wild... I might bite.  Honestly I'd rather not, because like the Mjolnir the form factor sucks for a desktop rig.  My B22 is also terrible height wise but at least its not wide.

I think they have because they are now shipping.  So if they're shipping their product shouldn't that be the final shipping board - what ever it is?

I don't really believe/understand the whole isolation thing so I bought a massive heavy duty storage shelf to put all my audio crap on. I have so much room, the size of the Mjolnir would fill it up a bit more :)
