Guys, anybody tried AKR02 (aka white FI-BA-SS)?

They look stunning but really expensive compared to a regular one.

Dial 1601 for space, finesse and unashamed coloring. ;)

:-)

Woodcans can retire anytime he wants and know that his legacy is secure. He of high Piano Forte art.

What I love about this, James, is that is an entirely different and original expression of the Piano Forte. If you owe anything in your use of color, it is to the Impressionist Claude Monet. I mean that very much as a compliment.

Great stuff guys, absolutely amazing.

Dial 1601, a story of love that lasted beyond it's time, coming to a theater near you: Summer 2017.

Now they've hit the shops in Europe and curiosity got the best of me, lol. Well, I've been frank with the dealer about my intention to A/B them to the SS and he offered me money-back guarantee, so it's pretty much a no-brainer to take the chance and compare them side by side.

I'll post impressions when I get them.

Thanks and looking forward to your impression :-)

I'm thinking of buying a pair of Heaven VI-CC's. I currently own some Phonak Audeo 232's. Has anyone done a comparison between the two? Just wanted to know if there is a big difference between the two in terms of sound. Thanks.

PF VIII is truly original, a presentation not heard elsewhere.

Excellent with live music.

I'm even selling one. :D

[In fact,  I must relinquish my IEM due to strange resonance problem in-skull…]

Yay! My mini concert hall is complete!

Media Player: Laptop (F2k)

DAC: Dacport (Would prefer LX but not available, ODAC ain't bad too)

AMP: GS Solo PSU1

In-Ear Speakers: PF 9

Yay! Such spacious and engaging listening experience like a private orchestra hall. Currently playing FF7 AC: Divinity 2 by Taizo TAKEMOTO. That is one awesome music! Koji Tamaki's Japanese styled music is a perfect match with FAD's signature too!

I think FAD really works well with Japanese music (like my anecdote belief that the headphone company's origin and sound tuning is related to the songs produced in their own country, or so I think there's a correlation).
