Hi! I'll try to make a long story short..
I purchased a regular black M50 online from an authorized AT reseller (I can give the name over PM), but I incorrectly received this white version instead. I received it on a Friday after work, so I couldn't get in touch with customer support until the next Monday. Problem was, I ordered as a birthday gift for a friend that weekend, so I was out of a gift.
I finally got in touch with them that Monday, told them of my complaint, and their solution was going to take an extra 3 days for me to receive the correct item I ordered in the first place. I asked them if they could do anything better than that as I can order the correct item on Amazon for around the same price and get it much earlier (to give as a belated gift), but they said they couldn't do anything better and they were baffled as to how I got the white version as it's been out of stock for a while. I told them I still was not satisfied and would rather buy on Amazon and resell the white version to make up the price difference of my Amazon purchase and here I am now!
