They were there with the PP6. I've been scrubbing the forums to see if anyone has posted about it, but so far, almost nothing. But, compared to previous years, there hasn't been much posting in general. Still waiting for the first review on this. If none pops up though, I am in line for an audition of it and will write one up.I have the JH3A right now and periodically think I wonder how this would sound if it were the PP6.

How do I connect it to an iPod or another portable device ... Not a laptop...

Depending on your portable device. You can use a Solo dac for your iDevices, or use Aux in， which won't be the same thing.

Looks like Vitaliy from 1964 Ears stopped by to enjoy the PP6. It's nice when "competitors" can have a friendly respect for one another.
