I had the first version CX300 and I really liked them.. But than I read somewhere in the forum here that the CX250 are better than the CX300...
so what I should buy ? the  CX300 II  or the CX250?

My honest opinion...and I'm not an expert, there is many on here who can guide better, but I'd really look at others...I have CX300-ii and 400-ii  and I way prefer the Soundmagic E10...I feel they have lost there way a bit recently...

These Sennheiser earphones do seem rather overpriced. I have the original CX300. It is okay but not great. I paid only around $20 for it a few years ago. I can't see how the CX300II should be worth around $34. For around $20(in the US) you could get the JVC HA-FX40 or  the Panasonic RP-HJE355 which have better clarity and detail than the CX300. The RP-HJE355 has a warmer balance overall than the FX40, but both sound quite nice.

How expensive is the CX300II and CX250 in Israel? How expensive is a Sandisk Clip+ 4GB mp3 player in Israel?

Did you look at the reviews in this thread?

If one $ is 3.87 Shekel(name of the coin we se in israel) than

cx 250 would cost 47$

and cx300 II will cost 56$....

so yeah very expnsive here.... I did look couldn't find anything better than CX in israel or in lower price in israel...

I heard the CX 250 was better than the CX 300 II. I have the CX 300 II and it is pretty abysmal sounding.

WOW, that is expensive. You can't find any dealers selling JVC earphones? JVC earphones usually offer so much better value than Sennheiser.

My budget favorite is ue200's.. slightly mid centric with mids almost as good as TF10's. It lacks bass and treble extension and bass quantity, but hey, what do you expect for $20? They make the cx300 ii sound muddy and bloated in comparison and also shines a spotlight on the poor midrange.

I found some but I don't know if the model is better...

HAFX67 JVC
JVC
Marshmallow

HAEBX85 JVC

Also the We have the CX280 for the same price as the CX 300II

so which one should I take?

I really hated Soundmagic PL50....  so if 250CX OR 280CX is like the PL50  please tell me.

In the thread I gave a link for, Joker says that the the CX280 is  better than the CX300II or CX250. I have the JVC HA-FX67. It is very comfortable and sounds okay, but not great. Is the HA-FX67 much cheaper than the CX280? If they are around the same price, the CX280 is probably the better choice. Joker gave the HA-EBX85 a poor rating. It is also designed for women, so the earhook may be on the small side. The JVC HA-FX67 is much better than the Marshmallow. The Marshmallow also has foam tips that will wear out soon.

They don't have newer JVC models like the Riptidz, HA-FX40, HA-FX101, HA-FX1X? The Riptidz is cheap, but imo it sounds a little bit better than the HA-FX67. In the US the HA-FX67 is around $19, while the Riptidz is around $7. The Riptidz is also listed as being sweat and water resistant.

Is the dealer selling the Sennheiser earphones trustworthy? There are so many fake Sennheiser earphones around. I would only buy Sennheiser earphones from a trustworthy place.

Thank you for the proposals! I'll take the RP-HJE355E for a friend, having read some reviews.
(Sorry, I can't delete this post. It was meant to be a comment for post #3)
