I want to buy a good headphone for under 30$ I wish I could buy the HA RX700 but no one ships to Saudi Arabia for a reasonable price so please don't recommend them.

I'm not stuck between the koss ur-2 and the HA RX500 I wonder if anyone out here tested any of those and what would you recommend me to buy.
