which portable CDplayer has the best anti-skip tecnology?
i need one for jogging.

I think Panasonics will work, the 470 I believe.

Check out CaptBubba's review of the SW-SL869. Comes with a jogging strap........so I guess it's for jogging.

I have the Panasonic 470 and it hasn't skipped yet with anti skip on even when jogging. If you get a shockwave player get the 860. The one with the radio costs more, is a bit bigger and why bother with a radio?

If sound quality isn't too much of a problem, I don't think that you can beat Sonys jog proof models... I have the DE-J825, and on setting 2 is (so far) totally unskippable, no matter how much knocking, or shaking you do to the unit...

One downside to that... There have been several reports on both here, and HeadWize, that the newer Sonys seem to have reliability problems (not so in my case though)
