AKG Q701 too analytical ? whats your opinion..

The major criticism for AKG K70X is they are too analytical and less engaging... I have read that Q701s are 'bit' warmer. Could anyone tell whats their opinion about Q701 on being 'musical enough', fuller sounding etc

The q701s to me sound really good and have an adequate amount of bass. If you order from Amazon you can return them if you don't like them, or try to find a store to try them out at.

Here are some links comparing the different models. From what I read some people say the the two models sound pretty much the same and others say the Q701 is smoother on the highs with more bass possibly due to the Q logo in the outside.

I do think they sound slightly different. But headphones can vary from batch to batch, so...

theres one best buy i saw that has the q701 on display, see if you can find a best buy that has that and you can try them out.
