Q40s. But if you really want bass, Sony XBs.
Audio technica WS55 (if you want solid mid-bass that is, my music doesn't really have much subbass)
Can't speak for many headphones, but I own a pair of Denon AH-D 5000's and they have some pretty slammin bass. They are a bit out of your price range but if you could make a stretch I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Is this poll just for a certain price point or something. If not, the Pro 900s are a sure bet.

i heard JVC HA M5X is really great with BASS im going to get them soon and they look really cool
Out of the headphones listed, I've only tried the DT770's and own the ATH-M50's. The DT770's have killer bass and The ATH-M50's have accurate bass in my opinion.
wheres the xb500/700/1000 choice? although the xb1000 has that "detailed" bass instead of what bassheads are really looking for.
LCD-2 r2 with eq, cmon nothing wrong with eq; these headphones handle eq great (high power/bass handling).
Sure, if you want to go over 7 times their budget getting them headphones + proper amp + proper source and then EQ the bass way up on the $2000+ set-up to make them sound like a $500 pair of headphones, then great.
I thought it was a POLL.
