Yeah, just chatting among ourselves.

 

I like mine. Working well with a Fiio E17, my setup has cost <$225. I think they are a good tinkering can, I do wonder what people would recommend in a closed bassy can over this for the price (M50's sounded pretty dull to me).

Me too. I actually see the bass boost as a plus because I got them so I could use them in noisier environments than I can use my other headphones in. And in noisy environments, the bass seems to be the first casualty.

I think the biggest issue I have with them ATM is that very low sounds can make the right driver rattle slightly.

I've not had this issue...

 

People have reported issues with hairs stuck through the paper / cone, might want to see if some hairs need to be fished out?

I looked and I don't see any visible but I have heard quite a few people get this issue (look at the head fi reviews).

It might be worth checking that the plastic rings behind the pads are locked in (look like they are pushed in properly. If the plastic ring comes out, the driver is not properly supported and could be moving around a little.
