About ER-6 Tips and Filters

Just got my ET-6. To be on the safe side, I ordered 10 extra tips and 10 extra filters.

However, I don't have any idea when to replace them or how long they last. Comments anyone?

I don't know how long they last. Don has written message a month ago about the average replacement time. It really depends how much ear wax you have and how sanitary your ears are.

I just got my er-6 today and they sound... well they sound weird. I have to get use to them before I can have solid opinion about them. I don't feel any bass, so i really don't know what i am suppose to hear for. Totally different experience from the Sony EX-70 LP where its bass actually rattled my ears.

It only comes with 2 filters, 2 plugs, and a changing tool.

I actually don't use the rubber tips -- they don't fit for me -- so I can't comment on them. But as for the foamies, when they stop expanding, they won't seal very well, and you'll need to replace them.

ER-6's don't come with foamies, just silicon.

LOL... whoops. Sorry about that. I wasn't paying attention, was I?
