Sorry for being rude, but i just want to say that if you see scam, you need warn others immediately. And i don't feel good now, anyway. I done this only for trying hi-fi headphones.

We all want to try them. People like me and dubbed work hard writing hours of reviews and getting honest feedback. I have just had a 2 week loan with some TF10s and 3 different cables of another member as he knew he could trust me. They are in great condition as they come in and had now been sent on to another member. You would have kept them you low-life.

I don't think your wanted here so i would leave before your forced out!

Well now you have tried them, give them back to their rightful owners!
I also work hours doing honest reviews, and I work hours to buy my gear, I have 8 positive feedback for a reason, im trustworthy, I pay on time, I send out with tracking and have had successful trades, I have never even thought about scamming, I just wouldnt steep that low just for a pair of headphones.

And also try and explain why you let two people pay for the hifiman headphones that you did not send. That is SCAMMINg and not trying nothing.

You can always get money from paypal back. I suggest directly do chargeback, not paypal claim.

I'm thoroughly so confused. I'm clear about @lvrhs. So is @ck700 == @lvrhs under a new account name? If so has anyone reported to the mods? If I've got it wrong, please do feel free to correct me.

Basically you have two options. Contact the members in question explaining exactly what you have said here, then tell them you will send the items back. if you choose to ignore that option we then contact police with all our combined information.

I suggest you act quickly though, because others will not be as patient

What's the point in banning him?

This guy just scammed me too...was meant to send PRO900 for trade with my Sony Z walkman

So annoyed right now, my parents told me to be wary and not to send it until I recieved the headphones but I said dont be silly Head-Fi is full of nice people and he has 5 positive feedbacks he wont just randomly decide to start scamming people, but oh how I was wrong, anyway I have the Police involved and hopefull with everything this guy has been saying and admitting then we may get out stuff back

This is unreal. The guy scams everyone, creates a new account only to say "your guys' fault. Besides, I was only doing it to try high-end gear". If you want to try high-end gear, you could've asked for a Latvian meet or something. I'm not sure how many Latvian members or members surrounding Latvia Head-Fi has, but it's certainly better than stealing from everyone. These people have worked hard to get the things they have, they didn't steal them unlike you. I'm sure some people have even saved for months to buy the gear they "traded" with you.

Some people even put up Classifieds saying that they want to try something out. In fact, there's one up right now where a member is asking to try out all Vsonic products and he's paying to ship both ways. Stealing is low and it makes me sick.

Yup...Im a broke student with no job who saved for months and sold my phone just to buy my Sony Z that I traded with him and now he stole it...feel like an absolute lemon now, and have no phone, no mp3 player and no money frown.gif

I want back my pair of V-Moda Crossfade LP2 or else I'll contact Latvian police with evidence and give all the required info to give you a visit, your choice.

This is hilarious (LOL)! No offense though, you just go to be more wary about online buying, selling and trades.
