wow, this is one of the first scams ive seen here in a while. so far all my trades have gone well, i'm actually quite surprised head-fi is for the most part, free of scammers, especially compared to some other online markets ive traded at in the past. 

 

guess ill have to be more careful here in the future though.

 

hope the guy gets caught, but unfortunately, he probably won't.

When you're trading with someone fishy, you can 'buy' the item from them via paypal, and pay the extra fees, as an alternative...

+12 positive feedback with glorious comments and 0 negative, they had over 1000 posts and had been here since 3/2010.

The picture of the building the scammer is living in looks like a real dump. Looks like lvhrs is destined to live his life in a run down ghetto building. The silly thief should try getting an education and a decent job instead of stealing on the internet. OF coarse from the pictures of him on facebook he doesn't look that smart to begin with.

 

Um, I meant I was scammed by high_q in the past, it was an example of someone with +12 feedback, you said "how the heck did you all fall for it".

 

I was 'scammed' by lvrhs this time, unless my Vsonic GR01 is actually on the way (he provided pictures) or he emails me and sends me a refund.

I don't think he ever had a GR01. Sorry to be nearer of bad news. About two weeks ago I remember getting pissed of with him for reccomendinh earphones he didn't have based of ClieOSs round-up ( a very goo thread). When I checked his inventory it read 4 or 5 spun agora and a sunrise IE. no vsonics, sonys and sennys which he now has. He was just offering what people wanted.
