We have two beautiful headphones on our lot today, and we'd like to see you take one or both of them home today!
Up for sale we have the AKG K701 and Sony MDR-SA5000. They both include original boxes*, and stands, and are in great shape.
* SA5000 box lacks "outer wrap" (does include plastic wrap though); K701 lacks the one-page "user leaflet" (I can reprint this in the language of your choosing, it's available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch).
Headphones are pictured with their boxes and stands, showing cables and the termination. I am the original, and only, owner for of these. The SA5000 are less than a year old, and purchased from an authorized dealer (Amazon), the K701 from one of the Beach companies (Audio? Camera? one of them) around four years ago. The 701s are serialized #30306 (the other two do not have S/Ns).
I've taken good care of all of these. They come from a non-smoking home (I also do not wear perfume, heavy cologne, scented hair gel, etc), and have not been used by children. I do own a dog, but she is not allowed into my listening room (so these do not have hair/etc on them, I'm putting this out there in the event someone has serious allergies although I'm inclined to say they should be absolutely fine (again, they're kept away from the dog)).
Prices are CONUS [due to a number of international buyers expecting me to fraudulently ship these, I'm afraid that international shipping is probably out of the question] and OBO (make me an offer - let's negotiate):

These headphones have all served me very well, but it is time for a change. Hopefully they will find good homes and provide many more years of excellent service for you!
