when i sent money it went to fred smith. may be his name or his fathers as i think he is young. yes we should for sure and pull together and make a group claim. my claim is in we will see. i don't know if they will cover my headphones he has. is saw the pics and he totally f****ed them up!

who knows he may never come back from alaska but lets all stick together. at least we are not alone..........makes me think how he can sit back and listen to music with a clear conscience, although some people dont have a conscience. did anyone ever try to talk to him on the phone? he would never talk to me on the phone which i thought was strange but there was nothing negative said about him then.

It is his father's paypal, Justin's was put on hold because of an Ebay claim.

Agree with ulogin, posting personal info is not cool and vigilantism is not the answer. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you smily_headphones1.gif not only Justin but we can all remember this!

What's in Alaska?  Do you think we'll see him on the Deadliest Catch series?  Some of the posts have reflected that he seems like a young guy - and has used his father's PayPal address as an alternate.  However, if you search Google for JSChristian44,  you'll see some photo hosting sites that have Justin's pictures uploaded.  You'll see him, pictures of his bicycle(s), his fish tank, some of the heapdhone modding in various stages, etc.

I won't post the address to the pictures site, but let me say that it's not too hard to locate.

Additionally, I've sent messages through eBay via the "Contact the Seller" feature and reached out to his two current accounts on there.  I've reminded him of the damage he's done to his own reputation as well as the stealing of money and goods (headphones) from the members on Head-Fi since neither the money, nor the headphones have yet been returned.  I have not received any responses yet to his messages.  However, hopefully, he will at least see them and realize that there are plenty of frustrated people that he has left in the dust just because he needed $500 or $600 to do who-knows-what with.

Hey guys,
Sorry to say it, but I had a feeling this might happen.
Let's not get into my side of the story.
But my o2 he built is disastrous, and he even tried to flip my es-7 by 50 dollars!
