Interesting you post it. He was trying to sell them to get enough money to put a signature confirmation on my package. However It's techincally impossible for them to have purchased that item because of the 6 claimed to be sold and the ID's of the buyers, none of them match either of the two sellers on that account, and neither do the ratings with the exception of  S***A.  Look for yourself. Also https://www.spokeo.com/purchase?q=Woodchuck+Dr+Ephrata+PA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.spokeo.com%2FWoodchuck+Dr+Ephrata+PA+addresses%23512026141&s9=t30&dp=2431998347 It's 14$ to get the guy's phone number and give him a call. You guys couldn't chip in and ask for it to be added to the tab you expect him to pay, or something, after calling him?   .....

I'm not trying to defend him or anything, but it's just looking to me like you're all letting him get away with it by making it ebay or paypal's problem and doing a chargeback or a petition. Get the dad involved and it get serious fast, imo.  I chose fred smith because I think Jce or someone like that said his paypal went to a "fred smith." so I spent ~2 mins looking.

That is true, one of our members called up his house and talked to his mother. She began posting here and promised to make everything right. Then she disappeared.

Ebay anonymizes the user names so those are probably 2 of his 6 who bothered to leave feedback. Also on ebay you can't just leave feedback. You have to have bought the item to leave feedback.

I bought stuff from him too and he did get it to me on time. Like Mike, my experience wasn't good, but at least I didn't get ripped off. This new wave though is of people losing tons of money and tons of stuff. Given my experience I was hoping he would redeem himself, but now...I don't know if that is possible anymore.

EDIT: NEVERMIND, I didn't realize there was an archive section and only 128 threads total in THIS section. 

So.. This thread needs to go into a disputes section or something where it won't get buried but won't need to be bumped. I feel like personally this was about to die out when I saw it. I never even knew he had so much money owed until ~2 days ago because I haven't really visited the feedback forum lately. I mostly just check the sales threads. I just find it interesting that the admins haven't put it into a dispute section or something and opted for letting the community keep it alive or letting it die out.

If many other trader's threads are headed the way of the dinosaur and they hold things like this, how are future buyers to know? sometimes the search function doesn't pull up dead/old threads.

Because it's feedback for Justin's headphone modding?

I don't have the exact post, nor am I involved with any transactions with him, but I do take issue with this whole ordeal as I've been ripped off for way more in the past from this very forum.  IIRC his parents (by that I mean his father) a while back decided to stay out of this altogether so as to avoid any potential legal fallout on their behalf; which I suppose is understandable.  If he were my kid (I don't have any) I'd "whoop his sorry ass" and make sure he owned up to his mistakes as they are his responsibility.  It's too bad we live in a world where we have to always make sure we lock our doors so to speak.

Again I hope you guys do get some justice, this kid or whatever does not deserve the benefit of the doubt.  Sorry for the rant, I get really worked up about this kind of stuff.

Just to let you know , we did pay for pay pal stuff. Also, I was not going to post here anymore because of everyone wanting money back, but decided to check back to see if everyone was satisfied with what we did.  I think we ended up paying for people that got there items and just wanted money. We do not have Justin's receipts from shipments to prove anything till he gets back. So we paid what we had to and sent people their products back. We did take care of what we could. Justin will take care of paying us back and fixing what other problems there is. But since you posted to go to my husbands pay pal to fight it (because Justin can not fight back because he is in Alaska) everyone won. I believe there are people he owes , but there are also people who just took advantage . So when the police get involved I will show all these postings, because you have really got into a lot about Justin posting about everything he has done and said( even if he had sex or not)Really what does that have to do with any of this!!  Also, will get Justin to call ups are who ever he used for shipping to get proof. I do have proof of the ones I sent back, and also the pay pal one's . So we have already cleared up over $1,000 worth of products.
