This is absurd.

@ulogin,
what's the point?
Justin's a great seller? Don't make me laugh.

Give him a deadline. It's obvious the party at fault is still taking this lightly.

Deadline? But I want Justine to enjoy his time in Alaska! I remember reading him saying that he would become very rich once he comes back. And you are right, Justin. Make a few more o2 to get some pocket money to spend in Alaska. Oh well, you are banned...

A member of the trade living with his parents and not allowed to use the computer without adult supervision?

Here in UK one has to start a limited company; open a business account in the bank; get an accountant to sort out tax and VAT before trading. I can't remember it being too different in the states either. Why is it so easy ( it seems) for someone to become a member of the trade and start collecting money from others here?

Hey! You! You think Justin likes adult supervision? He is already working very hard to make money such that he can buy a puppy and move out! And Justin is already banned because of you people. So what's the point about "member of the trade"?

Oh Mrs. smith,

Justin has been giving $500 a month to you?
http://www.ourbeagleworld.com/forums/introductions/55556-n00b-looking-advice.html

Instead of using that money to buy Justin a puppy, why not give me my money back first... I am sure when Justin comes back from Alaska, he will have enough money to buy the beagle he like...

Just a thought...

I give up.
Are you sure you're in the right mindset?
Others as well as me will be stepping out of helping.

Let's make this straight. He is not making sure things are being returned. He's already in serious debt. And worse of all he is willfully committing such spending habits with no intention to stop.

That makes him a very immoral and heinous seller. Not a good one.

He was being extremely sarcastic.

Immediately, you have 45 days to elevate the dispute before it is cleared.  If you dispute it now, and Justin ends up rectifying the situation, you can always drop the claim.

I talked to Justin he said he needs to get on this post for his orders. Not sure how to work all this out . He will not be able to be on a computer unless some one is with him. so if there is a way you can print out your items you paid for and items you sent.  I will mail to him. Sorry, my niece does not want involved in this and you already have my address if dealing with Justin. He is said he would make everything alright when he gets money, also will fix the ones he needs too.

I can see where Fred Smith is coming from.  He has every right to feel that way.  His son (Justin) used his PayPal account and created problems doing so, as a result, Fred now has to deal with the consequences.  I can also understand not wanting to drag anyone else into this.  With that said, I believe you are being a bit immature by requesting us to physically mail you information.  I can understand the need to have an organized understanding of what Justin owes, but if he was taking money on PayPal, there should be written invoices to track everything.  I personally refuse to mail anything.  I would rather have it publicly known what is due so everyone knows there are true results being made.  The whole situation has gotten out of hand, the quicker we can settle it, the better.

I feel we need some sort of Wiki to organize what is owed, whether it is goods, or money.  A few days ago, if I received T50rp cups and $30 refund I would have been content.  This is no longer the case.  I doubt the quality of craftsmanship would hold up to the amount of money I have put into this venture, not to mention the stress of it all.  I am going to work with PayPal until this is resolved, and take it up with my credit card if that doesn't work.  Unless Justin specifically contacts me, I have nothing left to say to him that I hadn't said in previous emails before all of this came to a head.

I feel for Fred since it is his account, but since it is your account, and your son (is he under 18 years old?!) it has become your responsibility.

I think he's just trying to appease Justin so he can return his stuff. I still recommend going to the police.

been looking through this thread.... it's interesting how a person who could not even build a Bantam DAC in January 2012 became a MOT....  I mean... that's an entry DAC build.. and O2(most if not all THT) is even easier than Bantam...(which means his soldering skill did not improve at all !)

anyway... wish the best of luck to you people... I doubt that Justin is even old enough to drive, let alone understanding the consequences of his own actions.
