Not able to edit community profile or account info <- Read the sticky at the top of this forum

New to the forum so not exactly sure but It seems that the edit community profile and account info does not appear on my profile page? I'm only able to see this

I'm using firefox 11.0 and safari on iOS.

any help would be great, thanks.

Hi rustykpr,

 

Are you using any extensions?  If so, have you tried disabling them?  This might be the cause of your issue.  I've tried Firefox 11.0 with a test account, and I'm seeing everything function normally.

hi Joe,

 

the only extension i was running was adblock plus, i disabled it and still had the same problem. I also uninstalled the browser then installed Firefox 12.0 and still have the same problem.

It seems to be working fine for me in Firefox 12 on my OSX machine.  Have you drived uninstalling the extensions, clearing your cache, and restarting your browser?

Ok, so I've done that for Firefox, IE 9 and Chrome (all latest releases), on my computer as well as a friends old laptop running earlier releases of the same browsers as well as Safari on iOS and still have the same problem.

I can't edit my profile either. I was able to last year when I created my account, but now there's no edit button, and I tested it with Firefox, Opera and Chrome.

I have the same issue, tried clearing cache and other stuff with Chrome. I was able to edit last month. Please help, thanks.
