Hello.

Well, Im outside Japan (Brazil).

Is there any way to get one of these babys ??

Regards!

Brazil is indeed outside Japan. You have to go through a Jaben store. If you take your prints following the Fitear process, maybe a Jaben store will accept for you to send them. We have to count the number of times we had this question smily_headphones1.gif

Short of owning an AK100 (but I do have the RWAK100), I've been enjoying the MH335DW with my modified Go-DAP X though. My X has a headphone OI of 10 ohm which tames the bass a little but without losing much of the texture and detail. It allows the highs to shine a little more by comparison.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Awesome................!!!

SNAP! I have the same combination on my newly ordered C435...

May I suggest, perhaps changing the name of this thread to a FitEar "Customs" appreciation/impressions thread?

EDIT

It is blue tips on the left earpiece (right) ?

That's a great idea! I've changed it to The FitEar CIEM Appreciation/Impressions Thread.

Yep the left  tip is the blue piece. In general I don't like visible colour identification of left & right (except for myself) - then thought that once I've identified and put it in my ear, no one else can see the colour anyway.

Nice change! A general FitEar CIEM thread works well.

I've put in my order for all-blue C435s to match my all-red MH335DWs. I was originally going to get the Monet in clear to complete the triad, but I'm kind of considering the MH333 at this point. I know Tomscy2000 and Shigzeo love it.

Now I can ask for comparisons without being off-topic beerchug.gif

Does anyone else think there should be a 'walkthrough' of how to contact FitEar to get customs done by them, on-site, for people living outside of Japan?

I'm possibly going to get a custom from FitEar this summer when I go to Tokyo but I'm not sure how I'd really go about getting in contact with them..

Personally I wouldn't want be the one encouraging that. Somehow my gut feeling is that the business here would like to conduct in the "Japanese way" (i.e. for local customers) and they have been flexible enough to accomodate one or two foreigners who are in transit in Japan. However otherwise for the international customers, the distributors (ALO, Jaben, Analog Head, etc.) were selected and tasked with the mediation responsibility for specific reasons.

Having said that, I'm sure if you ask around there'll be some of those international customers who were successful, they'd probably be happy to divulge the process. Just bear in mind that it's a Japanese operation and they do have their local customs.

Very true, I didn't factor in FitEar's "Japanese-ness".

Thanks for the opinion, I guess it's Jaben or asking for someone to help me email them!

To be fair though, it's not solely FitEar. I'd probably dare say most Japanese businesses operate in such a manner. It's simply just the Japanese business culture. As I was taught though, "When in Rome do as the Romans do". What I can say though if communication can be done in Japanese, FitEar will be extremely appreciative & easier for flexible communication.

Edit: BTW, I'm not a FitEar spokesman but I'm a huge fan of their products. I think Shigzeo should make a comment or two about the Japanese business culture as he well versed in the local lingo, been to FitEar's factory, and has a strong relationship with FitEar (something I wish I could develop more in the near future).

Something like that would be a really cool read IMO.

My bad. I assume most head-fi members had known about the thread (since it's on the front page) :-
