You can always try through a friend in such a country...but prints have to be done in a special way. And not sure distributors will accept outside prints.

So if I can learn and copy the ear impressions method in here, send them to a friend in Asia / Australia, it can be done? I have to ask to distributors about if Eu made ear impressions (according to the method they describe) are ok or not of course.

How would you compare SE5way to MH335DW, apart from that MH335DW hits the bass harder while not losing from the quality. Do you think it is worth all the hassle and the price or I can find something similar and easier purchase in Eu and don't really miss big things. I just desperately want that ciem even though I don't know much about it. If I was Japanese, I would be die hard FitEar fan boy I guess. I like their methods, build quality, the materials they use and the special processes. All and all, FitEar is something unique to me and yes I wanna have one of their ciems to complete the ritual :happy_face1:

I have not tried long enough to do a detailed comparison, but they are definitely very different. I would say SE5 is brighter, and closer to neutral. 335 has more thickness to the sound overall. Anyways, you need to upgrade your source first, and by the time you get enough money for Fitears, we will have hwve bionic implants in our ears. Maybe try a pair of TG334 first to see if you like the sound, and imagined better, with more controlled bass.

lol, yeah the source problem is bugging me too, SE5way truely demands a high end dap and after that it will take me soooooo long to save money for a very expensive ciem like MH335DW. Maybe they will come up with TG335? Like MH334 and TG334.

Btw, I am waiting for your impressions about ZX1/SE5way, you will have a crucial effect on my decision, please don't be a troll :happy_face1:

I have a friend in Singapore, when the time comes, I might ask a small favor from him if needed. Good that you mentioned this possibility.

Absolutely loving the sound of the mh335dw's. Been using balanced 000 with RWAK120-B. popped to jaben to buy balanced to SE adaptor to try out with iPhone 5. iPod and different Amp. Currently just connected to iPhone (not even lossless rips) and sounds great......should have purchased these first and might not have looked at DAPS.....ok, probably would smily_headphones1.gif

Just a heads-up, this idea more or less will not work here. You have a better chance scoring with someone based in Japan for instance, who can help you do a web purchase and drop off your impressions at stores like e-earphone

Could be nice but I have nobody in Japan. When the time comes and I want to buy my second ciem next to the SE5way, I will see my options and think whether it is worth all the hassle or I can just stick with any European brand for easier process.

However, thank you very much mate, I will seriously consider it and if I decide to go for MH335DW, I will ask here too, to find somebody to help me :happy_face1:

FitEar surely have poor naming sense... MH335DWSR, now this Melomane. Quite a mouthful for names.

This is how it looks. The name "Melomane" is French for music lover and it was chosen by Ms Suyama herself. This FitEar Melomane is a specially tuned Parterre.
