Not sure, but general rule of thumb is that you will have to format it to FAT32 for compatibility.

I would of thought so, don't forget the class rating is for how quickly you can write to the card. I have a RoCoo-P and using Transcend 32GB cards with no issues (class 4 and 10)

Have had my Rocoo BA's for a couple of days now. Initial impressions:
1. Good size, bit boxy, could have used more curves. Solid as a miniature brick.
2. Navigation kind of sucks. Have yet to figure out a way to just play all songs in random, or maybe I'm just an idiot. Buttons can be buggy.
3. SQ - sounds great as expected, but only with the right earphones. IE80 sound great with this player, as does the GR07. Not so much the cheaper Rocket R-50. More earphone testing to come. Also, some music just really sounds outstanding on this, while some does not; more to come, if I can nail what I hear into words.
Will give it a recommended at this point, given the right earphones, but keep in mind the negative of the UI.
More to come, possibly a comparison against the mighty J3.

For the installation, If you really need it, M. Jack-Fu has a "step by step" explanation, feel free to ask him.
Hi, have anyone tried a 64GB SDXC card with the BA. Would be nice if it works and also how do you guys format the card to FAT 32.
Double check with hisoundaudio, but Jack informed me that the RoCoo-P can support upto 64GB, so cannot see any reason why the -BA cannot.
SD card formatter link https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/
Download the s/w, This enables you to format, etc to FAT32. I have used it successfully. However, if you have a SD card that has some bad sectors, or faulty, or FAKE this s/w will not pick it up.
If you want s/w to perform these functions I can recommend this. http://www.heise.de/download/h2testw.html I have used this to highlight some fake cards (they report 32GB and format as 32GB but in reality were 2GB), so buy your sd cards carefully, as fakes, etc are on the increase.
Hope this all helps.

HI TemplarUK, thanks for the info. Have make a post at another thread to ask Jack.
My pleasure, glad to pitch in where I can...in the UK, it's still cheaper to buy 2x32GB (well 3x) compared to 1 x 64GB on SD cards.
True, but of recent...they're not far off: http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/4-/31619605/0/SanDisk-Mobile-Ultra-Android-microSDXC-UHS-I-Card-64-GB-with-Adapter/ListingDetails.html
Well, just need to know if it works. If not 2x32GB is fine with me. Thanks anyway.

Not a bad price...and they are class 10, which is needed when writing one's music collection, as that can be a lengthy task. Thanks for highlighting.
Any idea what's the output impedance of the BA. I think there was a post asking about this but so far there's no feedbacks on this. Thanks
