Now if only they came with a removable cable I'd be totally happy with them. Sometimes that cable is just too long to deal with.

You can always cut it by your own and solder the plug again.

Yeh i found the t90 to be a decent grado alternative, the top end is very grado like with great detail and clarity but unlike grados they have more weight and emphasis down low. Comfort is also much better, i can almost forget i have them on which i couldnt say about most grados. They are very amp dependant i find, the wrong amp can be fatal.

Probably. I tweaked my Caiman II headphone section for better damping and feedback and my Grado 325is's sound marvelous on it. I wish that they would be more comfortable, since their original ear cushions are after some time not so easy to have them on my ears. This cushions design is also very position dependant and may change the base response when not properly and closely put on you ears. If you change them to the L-cushion it also change the sound signature significantly - I will not recommend it.

Taking all of above into consideration, I thought that T90 could be a nice alternative, or otherwise you could recommend something else?

I think the t90 is a nice step up from the sr325 in both sound and comfort assuming you pair it with the right kind of amp. The only other solution is to step up to grados gs1000 which will give you the grado sound along with great comfort, they are a bit more expensive tho. I was actually planning on moving up from the ps500e to the ps1000e when I stumbled across the t90 and I haven't even thought about the ps1k since then as I've been very satisfied with the t90.

FYI -- T90s on Massdrop; current price is $500 American but it needs one more commit to purchase to drop the price all the way to $450 American.

I'll say it once: iwannitiwannitiwannit
