I heard them both (um miracle universal demo)
I own an ie800
The stage of ie800 are far superior than miracle

Ie800's bass is one of the best of quality
Even i think is better than fitear togo334 (which i also owned it)
Ie800 bass are far far far better than miracle

I dont like ie800's Y Chord is too big and it is microphonic

I really wish Rin would go into more depth and detail on some of his mods. I would never have thought to try tea bag material.

perhaps he could advise Sennheiser on a IE800 'PG-Tips' Ltd Edition model... tongue.gif

Yes.. I personally find that tg334 loses out in the treble area too. Was listening to tg334! for around 2 minutes and couldn't even take the treble that they produce.. The treble of tg334 just can't make it. Not even through a song of mine. Treble and bass of tg334 really loses out to ie800..

Arrived safely, passed the authenticity test tongue.gif and i have now registered them.

These are amazing,I thought my IE80's sounded great, the IE800's leaves them for dead.

I am a happy IE800 owner now.

The IE-800 are in my wish list, I'm using right now the IE80 with a silver cable and the iso tape mode.

Can you explain a little more why the IE80 are now "dead" for you ?

How the isolation is compared to the IE80 ?

Are the great difference in price really justified ?

Edit : Give me some arguments to do the jump :)

LOL,well i exactly wouldn't say my IE80's are dead for me tongue.gif, I still love them and will continue to use them.

But the IE800's are in a different class.

The sound is crystal clear on every song I have tried so far, mids and the treble are very clear and stand out compared to the IE80's.

To me the bass is a is similar to the IE80's ,not much different, maybe a little more punchier.

There are lots of reviews around for the IE800's so I wont go into too much detail.

As far as the price being justified, probably not, they are very expensive (Just dont tell my wife how expensive) but if you feel you are missing something with your IE80's and money is not a problem, then buy the IE800's.

But its true what a lot of the reviews are saying and that is you can hear each instrument clearly,it's a almost perfect sound,I cant fault them as yet,but I have only been listening to them for about 3 hours now so far..lol..

And the isolation is in par with the IE80 ?

Many thanks for your feedback :)

Its a bit early to for me compare the isolation to the IE80's  just yet as I have only been listening to them in a quiet room while on my computer, but the isolation seems fine so far.

I am now listening to Mozart's Divermento  K136 Andante and the violins are absolutely amazing.. wow...

Isolation is better than IE80s despite the 2 exhaust pipes.

You can expect better clarity, more forward and lush midrange, punchier bass, more treble presence.

But I thought their sound signature was rather different, although both are very bassy iems.

It'll take awhile to customize to IE800's sounds if you're jumping from the siblings.

It is a good thing for the isolation, it's a shame that I can not try them anywhere in my area ...

I will watch for a good offer before making the jump !

Yes, ie800 isolation is better than ie8 and ie80
I've just comparing AB between ie80 and ie800

Ie800 is far far away superior than ie80

In every aspect ie800 is superior than ie80 in my opinion about sound quality

You can hear ie80 bass (which is very boomy for me)
And with ie800 you can really feel the bass inside your heart
You can feel the deep
Bass texture is good

What I have noticed is that it's not as loud as the IE80 ,I might have to buy a portable amp.

You might want to review on the listening volume.

Yes, it's softer than IE80 but not until you need an amp.

Amps are IMO reserved for either better audio quality or paired with headphones.

x2. Treble on TG334 is one of the reason I sold it. Its too dark for my kind of music.
