65 bucks. Was that a good deal? I don't know much about these.

Very cool, not a bad deal at all. They seem to be going for ~$120 now. How do you like them?

They sound very open. It's almost as if I am hearing the band play in the room with me. I just bought fleetwood mac rumors and a yamaha yph 311 turntable. I hope I am in store for some good quality sound. The highest quality I have ever heard is my ad 700's through my computer.

Interesting that you mention Rumors, my wife was listening to that record tonight with the O2s. She commented several times about how realistic and "pure" it sounded.

Probably because she's using 02's. cool.gif

Well, that pressing is just really, really darned good (Reprise – 517787). So that + new stylus + O2s and she was very content.
