Funny how someone mentioned that this is not a mobile headphone since i use it everyday on my way to work :D.

I use them basicly 80% of the time when I am not at work or sleeping (the other 20% is things like shower for example). Hell. last time i went to meet some girls with my friend i took the HE-400 with me.

Funny enought, they didnt even look at the HP at all.... i guess when you have something on all the time like a pair of glasses, people tend to think its normal :D.

No, i didnt score any of the girls, (only one worth it anyway), but i ahd some great music on my way back home :D.

Uhm...there is certainly a time to unplug. I love listening to music with hp's as much as anyone, but dude...it's time to unplug. biggrin.gif

You should've lent it to her. She'd be into you.

^^ Good idea, but the double headphone trick is even better. Made famous by Rob Lowe with Demi Moore in About Last Night. wink.gif

I'm sure he does.  After all, they wrote the rules and indicted to "keep" all accessories and only return the headphones.  As to the pad + cable "Bonus" I sort of liken that as a "hassle fee" for having to struggle through their replacement process.  wink.gif   tongue.gif

Is it just me or do some other people also think that those that have the "tizz" problem in the treble only get it because they are listening to music too loud?

Hmm no, There is definitely a treble elevation problem, making cymbals sound very high pitched. Doesn't matter what the spl levels are.

Yeah, cymbals sound horrible and so do trumpets.

Well I never said horrible, but just high pitched. Detail in treble is amazing, but yeah it's high pitched. Reducing the 10khz band with an EQ basically resolves this problem.

You "agree to disagree" or you agree with him?

Brass instruments just sound artificial. No amount of EQing will fix this colouration.
