Beyerdynamic Custom Ones! New Beyer headphones! - Page 52

Careful if you have medium to big ears, they might not fit in those. The Beyers are actually fairly roomy.

I have freakishly small ears. The M80's were almost over ears for me. smily_headphones1.gif

Has anyone tried this headphone with the Beyer gel pads? I might have a go with them since I'm looking for something to isolate better and bring out the mids a bit more.

Well dang, okay then.

In related news, I started burning in my COPs last night. Had to put them in the other room so they wouldn't keep me awake. I'm gonna try to have them burning in 24 hours a day. I just had them plugged into my Clip+ overnight (plugged into a battery) and now I have them plugged into my E17 into my Macbook, to hopefully accelerate the burn-in with plenty of power. I have a good feeling about this... I think they will sound miles better after some burn in. I hope!

LOL! yeah.

A better example is the Brainwavz HM3. That headphone despite being officially an on-ear can it covers my ears completely.

Well...

Finally got an email from Peter of Beyerdynamic saying that the clipping problem with my COP was a defective driver (right side) and that they replaced BOTH drivers on my headphones (why replace both drivers, I don't know). He also apologize for the delayed return and bad communication from their part and he admits I should have been updated about the status of my headphones way sooner.

Anybody that wants to buy the COP's at a discounted price please wait for my upcoming post on the classifieds. They should arrive hopefully by Saturday.

Not even going to bother. If I had to wait almost a month to receive the headphones I PAID for...imagine how long will take them to send me some free stuff. By the time it gets here the world would be gone.

I think these might be the ones:

http://north-america.beyerdynamic.com/shop/hah/spare-parts/ohrmuschelsatz-35.html

But you'll want to get verification from Beyer or someone here on the forums that these fit the COPs/770s.
