2.Death note. L Awesome
3.Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal (Its not a story which has lot of action but main attraction of this anime is story) for rest watch this anime and you will know what i am trying to say.
4.Lovely Complex (funny romance)

Hunter X Hunter - Opened a believable world
Bacanno - Story and location set in the 20s, mixed with immortality, cast of characters
Darker Than Black - Hei/ Li Sheishung was a great main character, emotionless or emotionfull?
Jojo's bizarre adventure - Great fight/story/animation especially at the time (90s?)
Mushishi - Art/World/Story
Love Hina - Great love/romance/ecchi

and I have a soft spot in my heart for Love Hina, although I'm not into that genre any more, it was the first Manga I ever read... I saw through all of 7'th Grade English reading it ^^
