I have inherited a hi-fi system from my brother, however the stylus has snapped off the cartridge. It is a discontinued Dynavector 10XGOLD L. Does anybody know the replacement or upgrade for this cartridge? The problem I have is that the system has a Tom Evans Microgroove pre-amp, which will have been set up at purchase, for the specifications of this particular cartridge.
A different manufacturer would be acceptable as long as the specs. match the Microgroove.
What are my best options to recreate the original performance intended by my brother - Any guidance appreciated
