Yes,

I cant imagine anyone prefering the ps1000 to the hp1000. Then again, john grado has quite a following.

Im still trying to enjoy my ps1000s, been bedding them in for over 400 hours and i still dont like the high end, the curve is too pronounced.

Personal taste i guess.

I have difficulty conceiving anything better than a HP1-2-3 in this world, but we all have our reasons and our preferences I guess! I'm happy for you.

And I want a PS-1000 also! want to be part of the club.

Most badass looking headphone on the planet.

Sorry for sounding so planetary and worldly in my post, lol.

There are still a bunch of people who love and swear by their PS-1000, preferring it to their HD800, Audeze LCD-2 and etc.

I say got for it also!

I prefer PS1000 to HD800 and LCD2 also, At the same time, I prefer HP1000 to PS1000. wink.gif

By the way, I like D7000 also, they sound decent and very, very comfortable.

do you not feel the ps1000 is a little treble hot? ive been bedding mine in for 400 hours and I still am not happy with it. It has improved a lot though since I first used it - seems to need a lot of time to really settle. Only Grado ive owned that seems to need this long.
