@ClieOS - thank you for posting the image.

It looks really nice IMO, though ,as others had already pointed, it's very simillar looking to the K3003s.

As far as I know, it is aimed at a June-July release. Can you confirm if it's right?

Final Audio has some of the weakest cables I ever seen on some of the most expensive IEM. If anything, I don't think you want it to be like FAD.

All I know is that the R&D part has been finished. No release date that I know of.

No friend I'm meaning in black colour only, I always prefer round cable but is finally it's flat, at least in black.

I'm also surprised at the color scheme - Red and silver (assuming they're the final renders) are quite far from the traditional grey/black industrial colors Vsonic IEMs have.

The design is interesting for sure.  It's not a bad one (aesthetically pleasing), looks more futuristic than anything :p

For me, only the red cable is a bit surprising, as the GR07 already is available in 3 different housing colors: black, grey and gold (silverish)... rolleyes.gif

As for buying the GR08 as it comes out, without any reviews for reference, I think we can all assume by now that VSONIC won't disappoint. They already showed they're capable of great products at low prices, judging by their GR06, GR07 and GR01 (maybe also with other products that I'm not familiar with). So, I think it's safe to assume that this GR08 will be another great product (price/performance) in that line... wink.gif

ARGH!! WHAT?!?!?!

I was hoping they'd be like a slightly beefier looking GR07.

Still keeping that articulating nozzle and all :(

Group buys sounds awesome! But is waiting for the cardas iem a bad idea?

Would consider either based on reviews.....exciting!

Any release dates yet?

GR08.jpg

Is this real?  Or a graphic design / AutoCAD student with some free time...

It has the Vsonic logo in it, so then Vsonic must have released this picture, if real.

Yep, it is real.

So far, no confirmation of release dates.

I know some info, which leads me to assume that it'll be released in June-July, though nothing is confirmed.

You mean you don't want a Beats IEM from China, only to show your Beats loving friends it somehow sounds, kinda ...

While I was hoping for the same thing, I don't think an articulating nozzle would've worked in this hybrid configuration, unless they used customs-like acoustic tubing that was robust enough to take constant twisting of the articulating nozzle. If they did, though, it probably could've taken on a shape similar to the GR07, but that's already too much engineering. If the GR07 took three years to get right, it would take them even longer to develop something like that.
