I thought to myself to create this thread after receiving an email from Kerin @ SpringTree informing me that FedEx have tried to deliver, but failed twice, and then Kerin agreeing to call FedEx to state that my auntie would be picking them up on my behalf (as the invoice has my name and not hers) I thought to create this thread.
Not only Kerin, but the OUTSTANDING communication I have had with Matt @ Springtree, is truly "new-thread" worthy to say the least.
I was also in constant communication with Matt @ SpringTree with my Aurisonics ASG-1 order
I very rarely have experienced such good customer service!
Kerin was just the icing on the cake so to speak

I hope that SpringTree continue doing waht they do, because the level of service they provide is phenomenal!
Keep up the good work SpringTree!
