Anyone here have Pandora plus?

I am curious to find out if the audio quality is that much better than the free version. I have listened to the sample on the website and not knowing if it is a lossless file to begin with it could be misleading. I am loving the service and will probably spend the $36 anyway due to the excellent selection on the stations. I have a couple 70's progressive rock stations in my list and am hearing not only stuff I have not heard in a long time but also alot of live versions I have never heard. I recently bought a Dynex blu ray player for my "man porch" that has built in wireless and pandora, netflix and some other movie app built in and am loving this little thing...for $60 it's a great BR player for a second system.

I use it and while the audio quality isn't amazing it does improve a bit. It bumps streaming to 192. MOG is a better option for streaming as they'll feed 320.

I had it, got rid of it and stuck with Spotify and Slacker, if you have to go with only one, go with Slacker. I have tried quite a few internet based radio services, Slacker is the best, due to the combination of radio and music on demand. But if you just want music on demand, go with spotify, heck I'm listening to Spotify right now...

I would get it if it were available in Australia, but no, the sound quality on the pro version is not noticeably better in my knowledge. 192 is still quite low.

Tyll did a nice short and sweet review of MOG, Spotify, Pandora, etc and came to the conclusion that MOG was the best from a SQ standpoint. Just one more data point if you want to check it out. I had Pandora One up until last month, but tired of always messing with my stations trying to get it to play a good mix. It was hit and miss.

Biggest issue since I've been using Pandora (as wel as Pandora One) is the lack of variety when used frequently. They tend to play the same songs over and over whether you liked them or didn't rate them at all.

I'm pretty sure MOG will be my main service when my Pandora One runs out soon. Biggest reason they sound the best is they strean in 320 rather than 192 like Pandora One.

Internet Radio has low bitrate which makes it hard for us Audiophiles to accept...

Indeed, although I enjoy listening just to discover new artists... although I'm not a fan of Dj's that sing to instrumentals -.-
