Sony XB700 - 50mm Driver - Enormous-Scale Deep Bass Sound!!!
Will Ship To: Anywhere
THUNDEROUS BASS, 50mm DRIVER
Absolutely new, MINT condition (10/10), not a single scratch, mark, or any sign of wear and tear whatsoever.
These are bass demons, haven't heard anything of the sort to produce such a huge bass, while producing exceptionaly detailed mids and smooth/sparkling highs, due to the nature of the extra large 50mm driver unit. Love them to bits (even more than any of my "top-tier" IEMs), but am willing to try some very high-end STAX and this and other sales will help funding the purchase : )
These phones can be very addicting. I can feel the drivers shaking (massage) as low as 10Hz, so just imagine how the sub-bass is
These are one of the greatest sounding headphones under €150 I've heard. I prefer them over the Sennheiser HD595's and Audio Technica ATH-M50 which are known for powerful bass. Well, they don't even come close.
If you want a headphone that shares some of the technical abilities of the ULTRASONE PRO 900 (bass) and Beyerdynamic DT990 PRO (definition) for a fraction of the cost, you got to try these. They literally transport you to a nightclub. Something I've never felt before with other headphones (not even with the Ultrasone PRO 900 - these have great mid-bass, but less sub-bass than the XB700, so they don't provide this kind of Club sound).
If you like the IE80's, Miles Davis Tribute, Monster Turbine Pro Copper, Atrio MG7, Yamaha EPH100 and the likes ("bass-heavy" IEMs), you'll love the XB700. Add 3x the bass quantity, punch, sound dimension and fun of those IEMs and you have a (small) idea of how the XB700 sound like. Just a very small idea. They're MUCH better than what you're thinking.
Enormous-scale deep bass sound is realized through extra large 50mm XB driver unit engineered exclusively by Sony
Specially design diaphragm creates ultra low frequencies for extra bass sound
If I tell you that I prefer them over any of the top-tier IEMs I've owned (UM3X, SM3, ASG-1, Westone 4), you probably won't believe, but they give me MUCH more fun, while producing excelent definition/detail, with refined mids and detailed/textured bass. Definitely certain headphones can't be compared to IEMs in terms of BASS and FUN and SOUNDSTAGE. It's a whole new level and the XB700 Extra Bass are a great example of that. Mind-Blowing Performance.
JUST £55 + shipping.
Shipping cost = £10 signed-for w/ tracking number (EU). Outside of EU = £12.
As you can see from pictures, they are in pristine condition, as new.
Buying from me or getting them new from a store is exactly the same thing with the difference that you save some money.
THESE ARE FOR YOU IF:
- You love thunderous DEEP bass that you can FEEL it
- You appreciate slightly warm/detailed vocals
- You like smooth, sparkling highs
- You like definition/detail/clarity (especially in mids)
- You value IMMERSIVE soundstage
- You're looking for FUN
THESE ARE NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You don't like DEEP bass
- You prefer recessed mids/don't like a warm signature
- You don't like a WIDE soundstage
- You prefer a neutral/cold phone
THESE ARE THE BASS KINGS. Nothing that I've heard comes close. Eventually the much more expensive ULTRASONE PRO 900 in the mid-bass can compete, but the Sony's put more weight on the sub-bass, so they win. The Sony XB series are one of a kind, its VERY hard (if not impossible) to find something that beats them in terms of bass and fun. All's said
