So do you guys think that 2 similar drivers makes 2 headphone sound similar? I remember that i read a thread about modding the senheiser 558 to make those sound like "the brother" 598 only by changing a little details on the plastic cup. So i think the driver only makes a certain factor of the output sound likes, it's right? Sorry about my bad Englishredface.gif

p/s:hichic, i can not image that my Denon A100 have the sound quality of d1100, it's hurttriportsad.gif can anyone certify this issue?

I wouldn't doubt that the drivers are the same for the HD 25 and Amperior, they said all they changed was the impedance, the cable and the material of the cups.

That would likely require a change in the driver though.
