I was hoping for like a wall of blue and green. Guess you do need the turntable (and the tuner, and blu-ray player, and CD player + DAC, and stereo preamp, and power cleaner) after all. wink.gif

Yeah, not much there, the MX151 doesn't have the cool meters and fiber optic lighting.

I don't remember that, where did you post it?

Found something cool:



It's a 10th anniversary Joe Satriani Chromeboy by Ibanez, c.1998. These are kind of rare, only around 500 of them were made. The unique thing about this one is its serial number, 003. I'm not crazy about Ibanez axes, I'm a Gibson guy, but I'm a big Satch fan, so... cool.gif I already have a neat place to display it, with my Silver Surfer art.



I've been talking about getting a rare car, and after some searching we turned up a damaged `06 Saleen S7 TT. So, with the year almost gone I worked out a deal for it. It's pretty scruffy, but nothing that can't be fixed. With only a little over 100 of them out there, it definitely qualifies. It's originally yellow, but I'm not going with that. I'm looking at either flame red or blue.

I like the yellow truck in the first picture more than the S7 - just saying. redface.gif Random question - since you're gonna deviate from the original paint and the point of this car is to be rare - what about chameleon paint or something else really custom? You could make it a chromeboy...tongue.gifvery_evil_smiley.gif

I'm just thinking of older TVRs (before it was a mob front-end) and some custom H1s that look pretty nice with *subtle* chameleon.

Well, part of the point is to make it attractive again... wink.gif I like the "conventional" Saleen colors, to me the flame red is very pretty in sunlight, and Richard can add that pearl finish, similar to the Cobra.

Ever seen a paintjob with phosphorescence in the clear? Would look really cool at night and let it appear "normal" during the day. smily_headphones1.gif
