I told them to just stick them all in the car and send them on. She's like "Oh, I guess we can do that." Geez, is this their first rodeo? They also whined about my payment, I paid via e-check from my AmEx account. It's like a check from a traditional bank in every way, except it's from the AmEx bank. Then they gripe about the Cobra price, acting like they want to back out of the deal. Seriously. Finally I'm like, "Are you guys a real company? Is this the typical level of professionalism that you show to all of your customers?" Yeah, I was a jerk, but I'd had enough.
