Admittedly, I had a good day. wink.gif James May is one hell of a nice guy and gentleman. My wife chatted with him too, she's a huge TG fan, and it made her whole week.

Pic from today when I picked up my tag.

If you look closely, you can see my wife's head.

Always thought the NSX was cool....but that is the best I've ever seen. That color is to die for. You're a lucky man! beerchug.gif

One of the most outrageous things is that when it's set to minimum boost, it manages 22-23MPG on the highway. It requires 92 octane fuel, though.

So now that you've got a nice electric blue car, does this mean you're still going with the red McLaren instead of having them re-do it as blue? Or are you gonna have them match?

Also, you gotta find someone to help you drag them and see which one is faster (I guess you could do it yourself in two runs, but something about having them run side-by-side seems more pure).

I'm sure everyone here would be willing to help!

Sure, but I don't wanna be the one to break something and have to cough up the dough. ph34r.gif

On the octane - isn't high-octane fuel also going to be needed for the McLaren? I was also thinking about the Aston - will you need to use high-octane with lead additive?

It was too late to get any a color change, which is just as well.

The Aston will use unleaded, the McLaren requires Premium, I'm pretty sure.

Maybe you need to dig a hole and drop-in a tank for your own fuel pump. Then fill it with some racing fuel and have some fun!

BTW, that link also has a "fuel finder" map for locations where you can buy Sunoco race gas.

The station that's just 3 miles from here sells MS109, I've not bought any yet, though. I think it's about $11.50 /gal.

Shot from the Halloween party. Black Cat, raaawr!
