None, really. But the 458 and Ford GT are more fun than the law should allow. I'm not as sure about the Aventador, it still scares me a little.

That song does remind me of the Mercury Mistress ads. biggrin.gif

So in reference to Alfas, Warren and I thought of the Delta S4(Warren) and the Stratos(me) the other day.....so what did I stumble across today but this (while searching music videos, actually).....and figured I would share.

Edit: I recommend upsizing to HD and full screening, and crank the volume!

I really would like a Stratos, but they're in high demand as classic series racing cars. Because that's what they are, race cars. Aside from the rather eye-watering price, taking one away from its intended purpose, and squirreling it away to only be taken out on special occasions, seems wrong to me. I have a real, honest-to-God racer, the 911 RS (and the F40, now), and when/if I ever want to race I can use it/them. But it would be on a track of some kind, not on a rally course. Dying would suck. wink.gif

Oh yeah, I think it takes a special sort of  person to be a rally driver......you'd have to be a little nuts!

Oh, left out the GT500, that's bonkers to drive too. Much better than the plastic garbage they're selling as new models.

Edit: and you can fit 2 kids in the back of that (or a pair of dwarves), and decent amount of luggage in the trunk.

This is THE MAN when it comes to auto paint restoration and detailing. He's the guy my detail guy worships, and we use the Ammo products. Crazy attention to detail this guy has and I'm thinking about bringing him down for the F40 and a couple others that need extreme TLC.

Awesome car too.

Let's hope he's not a Head-Fier.

I loved that video! The 3rd driver was hilarious - almost Michael Jordanesque facial expressions. I think rally drivers might be the last of the "real" drivers - they aren't slot car drivers like in F1 or WWE stars like in Nascar. Indycar is dead, road racing is dead and drag racing is a one-trick pony: driver reaction time on hole shots. I'll give props to dirt-track oval drivers - those guys are incredible & crazy - but not as crazy as rally drivers.
