We'll have to see when Magick Dyno-graphs it.  If it graphs well, you're wrong.  If if graphs badly, then it must suck long-dead ass and should be scrapped immediately in the worst way possible.

I'm actually buying a kit that was purchased but the original buyer never got to start on the project. It's pretty much complete, with the help of the DB7 donor I'm getting, we essentially just have to put it together and provide the paint. After they get the big Lambo done, no new in-house projects until it's complete, I'm getting annoyed with them avoiding it. rolleyes.gif

Don't panic. I'm not interested in a DB7, we only want some of the car. wink.gif The interior is immaculate, so we're keeping that, and the frame, drivetrain, gas tank, and a good bit of the electronics and other mechanicals... and it's going into building this:

It's called a DB4 Zagato Evocation, a body kit for a DB7 Vantage to convert it into a modern representation of a DB4 Zagato. That may be one of the 3 most gorgeous cars I've ever seen. eek.gif

That is very beautiful indeed but, sorry to say this, it's a bit too wide too look properly classic and especially that rear camber. It's a bit off.

I still maintain that the Eagle Speedster is the most beautiful car ever made.

I'd personally vote for the Alfa 33 stradale :

And the Ferrari 330 P4

Can't fire everyone though.  Who is next on the chopping block?

It's up there, but I don't really like the chopped windscreen.

Read my mind. That's still #1 in my book. I'd love to find a believable kit, but no one's making one.

Off with their heads!! very_evil_smiley.gif They've been on it all day, after I sat in the office grumbling and scowling yesterday. My grumpy face is getting impressive, talk about them walking on eggshells, it's awesome.

It's almost easier to name all the ugly Alfas, since there are so many pretty ones.

I've never seen that face.  Maybe you should re-institute that bonus for early completion thing.  Carrots vs. sticks...

Of all of those bubble-riders, the Ferrari is the only one that's even registering on my "impressed" meter. redface.gif

I don't want to turn this discussion into a "what's the most beatiful car evaaar" type of thing, but I really feel the urge to post some pics of my very favorite classic cars :

The great Lagonda v12 Rapide :

The even greater Delahaye 165 (whose body has been created by Figoni & Falaschi back in 1939)

The Talbot lago T150 CSS (F&F too...)

And a variant : the Talbot lago 150 SS :

I dunno, something about that general shape kinda puts me off for some reason.  Can't quite put my finger on it... OH I KNOW!

I don't mind the "most beautiful car" postings, I'm an addict. Petrol in my veins, so to speak. smily_headphones1.gif

The wickedly beautiful Count Trossi SSK Merc (part of the CK collection):

It does look like it was designed to look fast even when standing still. That is very beautiful.

I might share one.

Call me an un-cultured American if you will, but asides from the Countach, when I was growing up this was always my other favorite.....
