What did Emma select for her MP3 player? Ozzie? Slayer? Sex Pistols? 2 Live Crew?

Insane Clown Posse and Cannibal Corpse, right after we baptized her in goat's blood and offered her up to Baphomet.

Hmm, I think those child-safe cans have a built-in volume limiter.  So they can - in theory - make them sound less bad... confused_face(1).gif

hahahaha, too true.

Well, bad news, my McLaren is in the USA, but it isn't being delivered here, it's going to the dealer in Chicago first, for "prep" and inspection. mad.gif Means we won't get it before Xmas, most likely.

So, my car arrived at their dealership today, this morning, really. When I asked about it, I got the run around; "we aren't sure", "we haven't seen it", that kind of thing. Anyhow, I had my salesman's cell number, so I called him. He told me he hadn't seen it yet, but he'd check and call me back, I told him I'd prefer just to hold, so I did. Long story short, my car did come in, but some other guy there was trying to sell it. My car, with my options, that I've already paid for. mad.gif In fact, he'd just taken someone else out for a test drive in my car. I asked to speak to the sales manager, who I believe was in on it, but he acted shocked and appalled that such a thing happened. The jerk trying to sell my car said he was just letting the other people try one out. To which I replied that it wasn't theirs to try out, it's mine. I have the contract, I made the order! Sorry, just, grrrrr. *deep breath*

The punk's excuse was that he thought it was "a hold car", which tells me what they think of poor schmucks who make deposits for a car. So then I told them to hold, and called the NA VP for McLaren, whose number I have, and with everyone on the line I vented. I vented about the wait, the BS, the test drive/joy ride, all of it. I said a couple things that I'm not completely proud of, it was enough to make my wife raise her eyebrows (and that woman can swear to make a sailor blush), but this is a $310k car and I don't like being led around. Anyhow, I told them that I was personally flying up to take delivery of my car on Monday, because "I don't trust those numbn*ts with a grocery buggy". Then I hung up and held the baby, because she calms me down. 10 minutes later they called back, apologizing profusely, begging me to let them make it right. They said; they'd have it on a truck and delivered Monday, no one else would touch it except the guys who are detailing it and getting it ready for me, they'd give me a free 60" Samsung smart TV, and fill the car with more swag (including his and hers McLaren SLR leather jackets).

I guess we'll see. rolleyes.gif

Wait if they drove it that means it depreciated a bit. 10 percent at least am I right? and they are trying to make it right with a 3000 dollar tv and 300 leather jacket? I would just ask for a new damn car and wait a bit more. Seriously if that happened to me I would sue until they compensate me :P
