The first thing I would play would be instrumental pieces. Particularly music with a lot of dynamics.

Well just by chance I had Mack the Knife by Michael Bubble on my iphone as a free track already on it, decided to try out my headphones and that just blew me away. Not the type of music I'd listen to normally but definately brings out the best in headphones. The orchestra/each individual instrument sounds brilliant.
