I bought these Westone 3's from Earphone Solutions in 4/11. They've been used sparingly by this 50 year-old owner. Comes with the balance of unused tips, original box, Westone CD, and all contents that came with it including inline volume control and unused cleaning tool (I have several from previous IEM's) and 1/8-1/4" adapter. I did get the additional year of warranty but have no idea whether it is transferable. They are in great shape and sound great. The only marks are I can see are fingerprints and slight rub wear around where the tips mount - these are used so don't expect them to be brand new in appearance but they are in great shape. They are flawless as far as performance, as they have always performed for me - no problems at all and have always been delighted with them. You probably are aware of how good these are if you are looking at this ad - if not, check the forums. I upgraded to customs so don't need these anymore.
